Terms of use
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Agreement
By using Orlando Ladybug at OrlandoLadybug.com (the pages), you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you disagree, leave the pages.
2. Publisher
The pages are published by Tabaconda LLC, a Florida limited liability company in Florida, USA. The publication name is Orlando Ladybug.
3. How the pages may be used
You may read the journal, print worksheets and crate cards for personal or classroom use, and share links with attribution. You agree not to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or republish substantial portions of the lessons, stills, or worksheets without written permission.
- Use automated tools to scrape or download the pages in bulk.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the pages.
- Use the pages for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual property
Text, crate stills, the ladybug mark, worksheets, and the flipbook chrome are the property of Tabaconda LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property law. You may quote a brief excerpt with a link back. Reprinting a whole lesson, a sprite sheet, or a worksheet pack needs prior written consent.
UF/IFAS and USDA papers linked from the journal remain the property of those publishers. Copyrighted tables stay on those papers; lessons paraphrase in field language.
5. Yard notes, not a prescription
Lessons are education and yard notes for Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties. They point at live UF/IFAS and USDA pages. They are a starting point, not pest-control, landscape, or medical advice. Local heat, rain, and a named insect on a named plant still have to be checked on the paper and in the yard. For a pest decision, open the paper named on the page, then act on that paper — not on a crate drawing or a quiz note alone.
The content is provided for general informational purposes. Always seek qualified advice before a product comes off the shelf.
6. Print tools
Worksheets, the flipbook, and crate cards are meant to print on US Letter at home or school. Files you export stay on your machine until you save or send them. Tabaconda LLC is not responsible for printer drivers, paper, or a binding that fails.
7. Third-party links
Links to UF/IFAS, USDA, and other public pages are for citation. Those hosts keep their own content, privacy practices, and availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabaconda LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the pages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tabaconda LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the pages or violation of these terms.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date at the top is the revision date.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms: legal@tabaconda.com or contact.
